Free Pearl Harbor Worksheets for Kids on WooJr.com
It's been 77 years since the attack on Pearl Harbor. Most children (and some adults!) have no idea what Pearl Harbor is or why it is significant. For those of you looking for an impromptu lesson on this historical day with print-and-go worksheets, check out this post that I wrote for WooJr.com.
I was inspired in part by this article that ran two years ago on NBC Latino and the fact that Ray Chavez, the oldest military survivor of Pearl Harbor died last month at the age of 106.
