Teaching Children About Healthy Hygiene {Printable}

How do you teach your kids about the importance of having a healthy hygiene routine? Do you simply guide them by reminding them to brush their teeth, wash their face, brush their hair every morning when they wake up? It seems like I have to remind my kids every morning and every night to brush their teeth and wash their faces. 

But sometimes I forget.

So to make things a bit easier, I've created a chart that we can tape to the bathroom mirror to help them remember when they go in there in the morning. And when I was asked to write a post about hygiene, I thought, why not share it with you? To make it more durable, you can laminate it and then just have your child use dry-erase markers to check off the boxes each day as they complete their task.
