Día de los Muertos for Kids
It is so hard for me to believe that Día de los Muertos is just a little over three weeks away! But I'm also excited because this is one of my favorite times of the year and I'm looking forward to the next few weeks here on MommyMaestra. In addition to my regular education finds and opps, over the next couple of weeks I'm focusing almost exclusively on Day of the Dead crafts and activities, with a few extra online resources sprinkled in. I'm trying to stay away from giveaways for a while, though I have a few fun freebies for you.
Before I share today's resource, I want to remind you that I already have a Master page full of lesson plans, printables, crafts, videos, and more here. Everything you might want in one place! So go and enjoy.
And to kick off this year's Day of the Dead celebration here on MM, I'm sharing with you this most beautiful short animated film by Ringling College of Art & Design. You may have already seen it on my Facebook page if you follow me, since I shared it there a week or two ago. Special thanks to Spanish Playground for sharing it on her own page!
But if you haven't seen it, I hope you enjoy "Día de los Muertos" by Whoo Kazoo...
